Once you place an order, I'll ask for reference photos, details about what you'd like included (e.g., signage, plants, pets, seasonal decor), and your preferred style. I’ll then create your portrait and send a preview for approval before final delivery.

What type of photos do you need?

Clear, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. If possible, please send several images from different angles or times of year to help me capture all the details accurately.

Can I include text or custom elements (e.g., family name, date established)?

Absolutely! You can request custom text like names, dates, business names, or personal touches such as pets, cars, or seasonal decorations. (For no additional charge!)

How long does a commission take?

Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your request and my current workload. Rush options are available for an additional cost.

What formats do you offer?

All my works are physical paintings on paper. Framing and gift packaging are available upon request.

Can I request changes after seeing the preview?

Yes! Minor revisions are included with your order. Significant changes may be subject to a small fee depending on their complexity.

Do you do bulk or business orders?

Definitely! I've worked with estate agents, property developers, local businesses, and organisations for branded commissions, gifts, or bulk prints. Discounts may apply!
